I have 25 years of professional experience in the IT industry. I started in help desk support through Data Center Network Operations and moved up to Managed Services Provider solutions. I have been doing this for the last 15 years.
My goal is to build up IT in the Bubble to be the most trusted MSP based business in the industry, by providing quality, professional and fast service and solutions at the best possible price to our existing and future customer base. I started IT in the Bubble out of frustration with previous employers and competition, due to lack of compassion and quality solutions. My goal from the start has been to provide a set of solutions that will benefit our customers both in quality and price.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters as much as possible. I have two 3D Printers which I use to make both fun projects and functional prints for our customers. I also like to work on electronic projects, including Arduino and Raspberry Pi computers. I currently have two Raspberry Pi Functional products we have incorporated into solutions for our customers. One is a low power and low-cost Remote Desktop Station for customers on our Hosted Remote Desktop solution and another is a Network Storage system for desktop computer backups using the Raspberry Pi and 3D printed parts.
I have a diverse work background that brings a different level of knowledge to the table then most in the IT industry. My father owned a home remodeling and repair business, where I worked from an early age through my teen years which has given me a very good understanding of building construction. This has helped us in installing network cabling and having a better understanding of wireless equipment placement as this can be highly impacted by walls and materials. Most of my carrier has involved telephone support to one degree or another, giving me a very good understanding of how to work with customers and troubleshoot issues over the phone. I worked at a large data center in Atlanta for a few years in the Network Operations Center. This has given me a strong understanding of how a Data Center works the importance of high availability and deep understanding of networking technologies and server solutions.

I have been working in IT for the last 12 years in different aspects. Working for an MSP is by far the most rewarding out of any of my other career choices.
I would like to further my knowledge in the IT field; continue my education and courses to better understand and assist customers. I would like to grow my name and skill set, both personally and professionally. I thoroughly enjoy my job. I take pride in my work and I try every avenue possible when helping clients.
I like nerdy stuff like gaming, 3D printing, cross-stitch, paint by number, satire, and that really cool kinetic sand stuff. I love spending time with friends and family. But, most I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. They are pretty much the coolest thing to ever happen to me.
I learned at a very young age what many never learn in life. Not all things are fair or play out the way you think or hope they should. With this, I discovered myself and who I was meant to be as a person and a man. I learned patience that cannot be taught and I learned to find humor and happiness in the things that are often overlooked by most. I work hard every day to do better and be a better person.
